Where do you deliver the stork lawn signs?
We proudly serve the Northwest Arkansas area including, Farmington, Fayetteville, Johnson, Tontitown, Springdale, Elm Springs, Cave Springs, Lowell, Rogers, Centerton, Bentonville, & Bella Vista areas. We will do our very best to accommodate your desired location
When does the stork need to be ordered?
We strive to deliver your stork sign within 24 hours of receiving the order. When the baby arrives, give us a call or email with name (first & middle), birthday, weight, length, delivery address and a contact phone number. For baby showers or gender reveal parties, advanced reservations are needed.
Where will the sign be placed?
Upon delivery, we will use our best judgement in placing your stork sign in your lawn. We'll consider the best opportunity for photos, as well as visibility. If there is a specific spot you would like the lawn sign, please let us know when placing the order. Sprinkler heads and landscaping can sometimes dictate sign placement.
Does anyone need to be home when the stork is delivered?
No, it is not necessary for someone to be home when the stork is delivered or picked up. If a gate code is required to enter, please provide beforehand.
Is there a delivery charge?
We provide free delivery and pickup within a 10 mile radius from our residence in Springdale. Between 11-15 miles, a $15 charge is added, 16-20 miles, a $20 charge, 21-29 miles, a $25 charge. Greater than 30 miles, please call for a quote/ availability. If a delivery charge applies, it covers delivery and pick up.
Can I rent a sign for a baby shower or gender reveal party?
Yes! Stork Shop NWA offers baby shower and gender reveal stork signs for $75 for the day rental. The sign will be delivered and set up at least 2 hours before the shower and picked up by the end of the day. Bundles have a generic phrase such as, “It’s A Girl!”, “It’s A Boy!”, or “The Shower Is Here!”. These bundles will go back with the stork after the rental. If requested, we can add a customized keepsake bundle for a $20 addition.
Do you offer anything for grandparents?
Yes! We know the grandparents want to get in on the fun, so we offer a 7-day rental for $75. This includes delivery & pickup with a generic bundle reading, "It's a Grandson!”, or “It's a Granddaughter!” These bundles will go back with the stork after the rental. For a personalized keepsake bundle, a $20 charge will be applied.
Do you offer sibling signs?
We do! Our sibling stars are a perfect way to get big brother or sister in on the celebration. We also offer dog bone and cat signs to help your favorite pet announce the new baby. The sibling stars and pet signs are yours to keep after the rental. *These signs are add-ons and can only be ordered with a stork rental.
Can I move, mow around or attach anything to the sign?
Please do not move or remove the sign. These lawn signs are durable, but damage can occur if moved. If removal is needed before the rental period is complete, give us a call at 479-595-1745. When mowing/edging, please use extreme caution around the sign, as damage can occur if contacted. Do not attach anything to the sign. Balloons can pop and the sun will bake the latex onto the sign, causing permanent damage. The homeowner will be held responsible for any damage brought to the sign during the rental.
What happens if the sign gets damaged?
If you notice any damage to the stork sign, please let Stork Shop NWA know immediately. Our signs are durable, weather resistant, and high quality. However, they are not designed for climbing. We are not responsible or liable for any & all injuries involving the sign while on the renter’s property. The owner of the home in which the rental sign is posted will be responsible for payment of any damage to the sign while on the owner’s property. By ordering a stork sign, the homeowner accepts responsibility for the sign while on the owner’s property.
